Amateur theatre database

The open encyclopaedia database, which already includes information about amateur theatre activities in more than 9000 municipalities (and their parts), will be expanded by approximately 20,000 new entries and processed, edited and made public in mutually connected areas (geographic wholes, locations, persons, theatre troupes, theatre festivals, multimedia).

Amateur theatre activities have always been extremely active in this country this being a truly unique phenomenon in the world. Since it is particularly difficult to depict all of the activities from a period of over two-hundred-years of history as well as the present, visitors to the pages can also contribute to the creation of the database.
